Rent is due on or before the 1st of each month. Rent and other charges can be paid online directly from your bank account using the Tenant Portal. You can even use the portal to view your current/upcoming charges and payment history. Best of all, this service is free! Online payments are more secure than mailing a check, post to your account immediately and are convenient – no more stamps or “out of your way” trips to our office to drop off a check. You can even set up a recurring payment so rent is paid automatically – no more worrying about forgetting to pay rent or late fees!
Other ways to pay rent include first class mail (be sure to mail early enough to arrive on time), exterior drop box, or in person at our office.
