Maintenance Request Form - Use this form for general maintenance requests. These can be submitted at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Maintenance Emergencies
For emergencies call 911 like smoke, fire, flooding, gas odors, etc. Then call (541) 525-0164.
For non-life threatening maintenance emergency issues that are not listed above, call (541) 525-0164. Examples are:- Water leaking
- Main heat source is not working or is having issues
- Air conditioner is not working or is having issues
- Bathtub backing up with sewage
- Refrigerator stopped working or has significant issues
- Garage door not closing
